Day One officially formed as a non-profit organization October 2021 in the state of Louisiana. The board currently consists of 7 voting members. All of which share a passion for helping alcoholics and addicts recover from addiction. We understand the value of living in today to stay sober. A foundation of fellowship, routine, and discipline is essential to long term sobriety. We wish to nurture that culture starting here in Lafayette, Louisiana. We want to make a lasting positive impact on our community. We wish help individuals minimize and repair the damage done to themselves and their families through active addiction. Addiction is a disease. There is a solution. People need access to it. Our hope is to lessen the stigma and empower people to recover.
