- Profile Comments: Content of comments you leave on other users' profiles, your name and email, and the profile owner's email.
- Journal Entries: Your journal content, type (journal/inventory), date, your email and name, and whether it's shared.
- Chat & Direct Messages: Content of your messages, sender, and recipient details (email, name).
- Likes: When you like a post, we record the post_id, your user_email, and user_name.
- Posts & Comments: Content you create, images you upload (image_url), and information about who authored them (author_name, author_email).
- Event Participation: When you RSVP to an event, we collect your user_email, user_name, and RSVP status (EventRSVP). If you create an event, we collect event details like title, description, date, time, location, image_url, organizer_name, and organizer_email.
- Donations: When you make a donation, we collect the amount, your name, email, and any message you provide. This is processed via Base44 Payments (Wix Payments).
- Volunteer Activities: When you create or sign up for volunteer opportunities, we collect information such as opportunity title, description, date, time, location, hours, organizer details. If you track hours, we collect your name, email, hours served, and notes.

- Facilitate direct messaging between users.

- Implement user blocking features (BlockedUser) to maintain community safety.

With Other Users:
- Your full name and email (or portions thereof) are visible to other users when you create posts, comments, messages, or participate in events/volunteer activities.
- Publicly shared journal entries will be visible to other users.
- Your profile information (name, sobriety date, points) may be visible to other users.
- When you like a post, your username will be visible to others who view the likes.
- Push Notifications: OneSignal (for delivering push notifications).
- AI Services: Third-party LLM providers (for generating daily reflections and AI feedback on journals).
- Hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers have access to personal information only to perform their services and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, (b) protect and defend our rights or property, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or (d) protect against legal liability.
